Nitrogen Purging Supervisor II

About this role

Nitrogen Purging Supervisor II based in Lagos will supervise nitrogen purging and inerting activities on process systems, pipelines, vessels and equipment in line with approved procedures and HSE requirements. The role is intended for experienced oil and gas professionals with at least seven years in the industry and specific nitrogen purging/inerting experience, capable of supervising 24-hour operations.

What you would do

• Supervise nitrogen purging and inerting activities.
• Review approved purging procedures and work plans.
• Verify equipment, hoses, manifolds, valves and connections before operation.
• Monitor nitrogen pressure, flow and system conditions.
• Coordinate nitrogen supply and equipment.
• Ensure correct isolation of systems before purging.

• Technical qualification in mechanical, process, operations or related discipline.
