Night Manager
About this role
The role involves assisting with the smooth operation of the hotel's night shift in line with Hyatt International standards and brand guidelines. The Night Manager supports the Front Office Manager in running the night operations at the hotel front desk. The position requires coordinating with guests and team members to meet expectations of employees, guests and owners.
What you would do
- Assist the Front Office Manager with nightly front desk operations.
- Support the management of guest inquiries and requests during night hours.
- Ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies during the night shift.
- Coordinate with hotel departments as needed to ensure smooth night operations.
- Monitor and assist with guest relations and service delivery during the night.
- Oversee security and safety procedures during night hours.
- Communicate effectively with night staff and other departments to resolve issues.
- Assist in managing staffing and workload for night shifts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to night operations.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager - Night, Night Manager or Team Leader - Night / Guest Relations in a hotel.
