Nigeria Regional Warehouse Coordinator
About this role
The role is for a Regional Warehouse Coordinator in Niger, focused on coordinating warehouse and inventory operations across regional facilities. What you would do
- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across regional facilities.
- Ensure adherence to approved warehouse processes and SOPs.
- Monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, shrinkage, service, productivity, safety and compliance.
- Share best practices to improve consistency and performance across warehouses.
- Plan for peak periods to support field and farmer needs.
- Conduct regular Gemba visits to identify operational challenges and drive improvements.
- Lead regular physical stock counts, reconciliations and inventory reviews.
- Investigate variances and implement corrective actions.
- Document and maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Escalate issues related to theft, fraud or significant losses as required.

- Bachelor's degree or HND in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Science & Engineering)
- 2 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, inventory or logistics experience, including supervision or coordination
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Good organisational skills for planning, prioritising and delegating
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, WMS, stock control and compliance
- Ability to make day-to-day operational decisions within policies and budgets
- Problem-solving skills for delivery and transport issues
- High attention to detail for planning and tracking deliveries
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
- Computer literacy and data analysis capabilities
