About this role

The role is for a Nigeria Recruitment Specialist based in Minna, Niger, representing One Acre Fund’s Global Recruitment team and coordinating with the local HR team to fill high-volume openings as the program grows. What you would do

• Own 10 to 12 recruitment pipelines from initial screening through final offer.
• Assist hiring managers with creating interview materials and train them to use recruitment platforms.
• Guide candidates through a multi-step process including interviews, assessments and exercises with clear communication and good service.
• Oversee candidate screening and selection for 10–12 roles (JL1-8 with upskilling to JL9-14), mostly Nigeria-based.
• Influence Nigeria stakeholders to align with global recruitment strategy and policy and respond to urgent hiring needs.
• Ensure seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding and downstream HR processes, aligned with local workforce planning.
• Partner with the in-country HR team to drive staffing targets and maintain regular communication with Nigeria stakeholders on recruitment strategy.
