One Acre Fund offers a paid internship in recruitment through its Young Professionals Programme, based in Niger. The role targets early-career professionals looking to start a career in recruitment, with onboarding, training and hands-on work that supports recruitment operations and candidate experience.

What you would do

• Execute recurring administrative tasks to keep recruitment operations running smoothly with 100% data accuracy.
• Facilitate candidate screening, including CV longlisting and interview scheduling, and provide professional, timely communication to candidates.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all statuses are up to date and helping extract basic data for weekly reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment flow and assist with rollout of new tools or process updates.
• Manage interview panel logistics, ensuring interviewers have materials and candidates are well-briefed.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and provide operational support to the team as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
• Basic data analysis skills.

• Proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
