What you would do
- Establish and run data quality control measures, perform data cleaning and validation, and conduct field verifications to ensure data integrity.
- Train field officers on data tools and act as the main contact for data related inquiries.
- Assist with recruitment of interns, field officers and field managers as needed.
- Design and test digital survey tools, troubleshoot mobile data collection platforms, and implement standard operating procedures for data processes.
- Oversee day-to-day field data collection operations and manage client data from enrolment to repayment.
- Maintain databases (e.g., CommCare, ODK) and reconcile client data with financial records.
- Analyse program data to identify trends and impact.
- Prepare and present ad-hoc and regular reports using statistical tools and visualisation platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect vital program insights and communicate findings to relevant teams.
