About this role

NEO-Earth New Energy is recruiting five New-Energy Sales Representatives in Lagos to grow its solar and lithium energy storage business. The role focuses on developing new clients in Lagos and surrounding areas, managing key accounts and conducting product demonstrations and contract negotiations with on-site visits.

What you would do

• Identify and explore new business opportunities in Lagos and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the region.
• Execute the company’s sales strategies and achieve performance targets.
• Independently conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct regular on-site client visits within Lagos.

What they are asking for

• College diploma or above.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Preference for candidates with solar energy, diesel generators or CCTV sales background.
• Proven track record in channel development, negotiation and deal closure.
• Familiar with PV modules, hybrid inverters or lithium energy storage products.
• Strong English communication skills; able to cold-call and cold-visit; able to work under performance pressure; Lagos resident aged 20-30 and available for offline client meetings.
