What you would do

• Provide basic support for network connectivity issues (POS, internet, user devices).
• Assist in setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers and other user hardware.
• Monitor and escalate critical alerts on network infrastructure.
• Support antivirus and endpoint protection updates across user devices.
• Assist in maintaining internet and email connectivity.
• Collaborate in applying patches and updates to systems and devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and health checks on network devices and user systems.
• Support first‑level troubleshooting for network and user incidents.
• Maintain records of hardware and network devices inventory.
• Provide support for compliance tasks under supervision (e.g. PCIDSS readiness, audit responses).

What they are asking for

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics or related discipline (minimum Second‑Class Lower).
• CCNA, MCP, CompTIA Network+/Security+; ITIL Foundation is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in user support and basic network administration.
