Network Installer

About this role

Fort Knox Group seeks an experienced Network Installer to install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain satellite TV systems for customers, primarily at their locations. The role focuses on DStv and GOtv installations and related equipment, with emphasis on safety and professional standards.

What you would do

• Install and set up DStv and GOtv satellite systems at customer locations.
• Align satellite dishes for optimal signal reception.
• Configure decoders, LNBs, cables and related equipment.
• Conduct signal strength and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and signal-related issues.
• Attend to assigned installation jobs promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience as a DStv/GOtv Installer, Satellite TV Installer, or Network Installer.
• Hands-on experience installing and aligning satellite dishes.
