Network Delivery Manager
About this role
The Network Delivery Manager at British Council in Nigeria is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Exams operations at a country or location level, from candidate handover to post-test services. The role oversees venue strategy, onboarding and performance of delivery partners, and ensures test-day readiness and compliance with safeguarding, security and data privacy. It requires coordinating with Planning, Registration and Workforce Resourcing teams to align capacity, readiness and costs while maintaining high-quality candidate experience. What you would do
- Oversee end-to-end exams delivery from pre-test to post-test activities.
- Manage venue sourcing, contracting, compliance and utilisation.
- Onboard and monitor third-party delivery partners via SLAs and reviews.
- Ensure test-day readiness and escalation handling for complex delivery issues.
- Coordinate with Planning, Registration and Workforce Resourcing to align capacity and readiness.
- Manage delivery budgets, contracts and supplier performance reporting.
- Maintain compliance with safeguarding, exam security, health and safety, and data privacy.
- Provide leadership and development for delivery teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead risk management, audit readiness and business continuity planning.
- Oversee secure handling of exam materials and post-test workflows.
