What you would do
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks for optimal performance.
- Ensure data backups are completed regularly and antivirus definitions are up to date.
- Install, configure and monitor PTRG sensors for network performance and uptime.
- Support the deployment and rollout of new applications.
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 including user management, SharePoint and email server configurations.
- Conduct regular security checks to safeguard computers and servers from cybersecurity threats.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019 environments.
- Install, configure and manage ESET Network Antivirus across systems.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, software, networks and applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, software and hardware issues for resolution.
