What you would do

• Regularly back up data and keep antivirus definitions up to date
• Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions
• Install, configure, and manage ESET Network Antivirus across systems
• Respond to technical support requests with clear resolutions
• Create and manage virtual machines, containers, and cloud security configurations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, software, and hardware issues
• Monitor and maintain systems and networks for performance
• Install and configure hardware, operating systems, software, networks and applications
• Manage PTRG sensors for network performance and uptime
• Support deployment and rollout of new applications and maintenance of IP PBX and network equipment
