Nationwide Branch Expansion Manager

What you would do

• Lead end-to-end branch expansion strategy and execution.
• Oversee market and site selection for new branches.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and build-out of branches.
• Ensure successful branch activation and readiness for operations and commerce.
• Manage and develop expansion teams and performance.
• Guide multi-location or nationwide rollout projects.
• Engage with senior leadership, including board and board committees.
• Monitor progress against expansion targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new branches into operations and systems.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations throughout expansion.
