National Sales Head
About this role
National Sales Head for Olam Agri's Integrated Feed & Protein business in Lagos (Iganmu). Leads the national commercial strategy and execution for poultry and aqua feed and related protein solutions, aiming for profitable growth and expanded market share. Responsible for managing distributor networks, developing sales plans, and guiding a high-performing sales team.
What you would do
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets
- Drive market penetration and expand customer coverage across key regions
- Manage distributor networks and route-to-market strategy
- Lead pricing, product positioning, promotions, and sales campaigns
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams with clear KPIs
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and provide market insights
What they are asking for
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a premium business school (preferred)
- 12-18 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, Animal Feed, Poultry, Aqua Feed, Agribusiness or related sectors
- Proven experience managing national sales operations and large distribution networks
- Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and market share expansion
- Experience leading geographically distributed sales teams
- Prior experience in poultry feed, livestock feed, aquaculture, or protein industry (preferred)
