National Sales Coordinator
About this role
Vixa Healthcare in Lagos is looking for a National Sales Coordinator to oversee regional sales teams, monitor performance, manage sales reports and forecasts, and ensure effective product distribution. The role involves supporting the execution of sales and marketing strategies and working with multiple departments to ensure compliant, efficient commercial operations. The coordinator will plan, coordinate, implement and monitor national sales activities to hit revenue targets, grow market share, and strengthen relationships with customers and distributors nationwide. It is a full-time position for candidates with FMCG sales experience and strong analytical and coordination skills. The employer operates in the manufacturing sector and focuses on expanding product penetration across Nigeria.
What you would do
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for management review
- Analyse sales trends, market demand and territory performance to identify growth opportunities
- Support development of sales forecasts, budgets and business plans
- Coordinate implementation of national sales strategies and targets
- Track actual sales against targets and recommend corrective actions
- Consolidate and monitor sales performance across regions, territories and product categories
- Coordinate activities of regional sales coordinators and field personnel
- Organise national sales meetings, performance reviews and training sessions
- Monitor field sales activities, call plans and customer coverage
- Support distributor and customer relationship management and coordination
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related discipline
- 5 - 8 years of relevant FMCG sales experience
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI and ERP/CRM experience is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Experience in distributor management, sales reporting, forecasting and territory coordination
- MBA or professional certification is an advantage
