Nail Technician

About this role

Domeo Resources International is hiring a Nail Technician for Abuja to provide manicure, pedicure and nail enhancement services in a spa setting. The role supports the spa manager and focuses on nail health, client grooming and meeting hygiene and customer care standards. The position requires professional training or certification in nail technology and at least two years of practical experience in a spa, salon or beauty studio. Responsibilities include performing nail services, conducting client consultations, delivering customised treatments, educating clients, maintaining hygiene and safety, ensuring quality and keeping records, and coordinating with reception and spa management.

What you would do

• Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, nail extensions, acrylic or builder gel enhancements, nail art, infills and safe removals within training and competence.
• Assess nail condition and client preferences during consultations; recommend services and explain treatment options.
• Shape, buff and finish nails to a high standard; adapt designs and techniques to individual needs.
• Advise clients on nail and cuticle care, maintenance and follow-up appointments.
• Clean and disinfect tools and workstations; sterilise instruments as required; use single-use items appropriately; follow infection-prevention procedures.
• Check finish, durability and client comfort; address concerns and refer suspected infections or conditions.
• Maintain client treatment records, monitor product and stock usage, and coordinate appointments with reception and spa management.
• Meet hygiene and safety standards throughout all procedures.
• Provide high-quality treatments within scheduled times and manage client expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
