The technician delivers manicure, pedicure and nail enhancement services following spa hygiene and customer care standards. What you would do
- Perform manicures and pedicures, gel polish application, nail extensions and related treatments within training and competence
- Assess nail condition and client preferences, consult on treatment options
- Shape, buff and finish nails to a high standard, adapt techniques to individual needs
- Educate clients on nail care, maintenance and follow-up appointments
- Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning and disinfecting tools and workstations
- Ensure safe removal of nail enhancements and manage infection-prevention practices
- Check finish and client comfort; address concerns and refer issues as needed
- Maintain client treatment records and monitor product/stock usage
- Coordinate appointments with reception and spa management
- Deliver high-quality treatments within scheduled times at all times
