• Drive staff awareness of the bank's strategy, products, services and initiatives, targeting at least 75% awareness.
• Design and plan internal content, campaigns and scheduling to facilitate engagement with the bank's products, services and initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across business units to achieve synergy in communications and promote cross-selling and product uptake.
• Support Information Security Management Systems and Business Continuity Management activities to ensure compliance with the Information Security Handbook.
