Moulding Manager

What you would do
- Manage and optimise production in the injection workshop to meet targets.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and components at workstations.
- Provide resources to achieve production targets and organise workflows and schedules.
- Monitor production output and employee productivity using performance tools.
- Collaborate on new product launches and investments in machinery and equipment.
- Participate in inventory operations and technical training of new staff.
- Lead housekeeping and maintenance of production equipment and moulds.
- Apply and enforce manufacturing procedures and contribute to certification documentation.
- Manage quality issues and implement corrective actions with the Quality Department.
- Ensure safety instructions are followed and participate in reducing workplace risks.

- Bachelor's degree in Plastics Processing, Mechanical Engineering or related field (BSc or Higher National Technician Diploma).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar industrial role, preferably with a multinational plastics company.
- Strong knowledge of plastics processing techniques and injection moulding machine setup/adjustment for single-material and multi-material molds.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong synthesis abilities.
