New Age Mobile Concepts Limited in Lagos is seeking an in-house Motion Graphics Designer. The role involves creating static and motion content for social media, ads, dealers, stores and print, turning product information into engaging visuals. The designer will work with marketing, sales and product teams and may use AI tools to speed up production while keeping branding on track. The job targets someone with hands-on motion design and video editing experience who can manage multiple projects and deliver content on tight deadlines.
What you would do
- Design social media content including carousels, statics, stories and ads in various aspect ratios.
- Create motion content such as animated ads, product animations, kinetic text, logo stings and short video edits for TikTok, Reels and WhatsApp Status.
- Retouch and composite product photography for lifestyle and product imagery.
- Design print and retail materials with print-ready files (flyers, posters, banners, shelf talkers, store branding, dealer materials).
- Develop and maintain brand templates to ensure consistency across posts and videos.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams and external studios; interpret briefs and meet deadlines.
- Utilise AI image and video tools to speed up production while ensuring brand accuracy.
- Follow brand guidelines and contribute to brand system updates as needed.
What they are asking for
- 3+ years as a graphic designer with motion design or video editing experience.
- Portfolio showing social media, ad and motion work.
- Experience with consumer products or retail is a plus.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro (or CapCut).
- Canva and Figma are a plus.
- Good eye for layout, typography and colour; ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver daily content quickly.
- Understanding of the Nigerian market and what performs on Nigerian social media.
- Nice to have: 3D product rendering (Blender or Cinema 4D), product photography and basic lighting.
- Experience with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or Nano Banana.
