What you would do
- Drive company van to designated territories and customer locations
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the territory
- Visit existing and prospective customers to generate sales and expand the customer base
- Promote products, explain features, and identify upselling opportunities
- Receive and process customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment
- Load and secure products in the vehicle and maintain stock accountability
- Ensure delivered products match orders and obtain proof of delivery when required
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide good service
- Collect customer payments where applicable and ensure proper documentation and remittance
- Submit daily sales, stock, collection, and activity reports to the Sales Supervisor

- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record
- 1–2 years of van/route/FMCG sales or related experience preferred
- Proven ability to sell, generate orders, and meet sales targets
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Basic numerical, cash-handling, and record-keeping skills
- Knowledge of local road networks in the assigned territory
- Ability to work independently and manage sales routes
- Physically fit to load/unload products when required
- Responsible, trustworthy, customer-focused and safety-conscious
