About this role

Stanbic IBTC is looking for a Mobile Financial Services Support Manager in Lagos. The role involves implementing and driving the Agency Banking business plan, monitoring client experience, and growing distribution partnerships, while managing governance, reporting and revenue assurance for mobile financial services.

What you would do

• Implement and drive the Agency Banking business plan nationwide, monitor client experience, and grow the distribution partnership base.
• Manage reconciliation of MFS product GLs with the Bank's Reconciliation Department.
• Conduct governance engagements with Control and Audit Teams on MFS products and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Ensure timely internal and regulatory reporting and revenue assurance for all MFS products.
• Promptly resolve wallet and agency related transactions and review partner/vendor SLAs with Legal to ensure renewals before expiry.
• Track and analyse agent/wallet activities and provide insights and reports to the MFS business teams.

What they are asking for

• First degree in Banking.
• 8-12 years of experience in product management; experience in retail banking would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products.
• Experience in client retention and customer servicing.
