A well established lounge in Ibadan is looking to hire a Mixologist for full-time work. The role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, managing bar stock and cleanliness, and delivering good customer service. What you would do

• Take and process customer orders and payments where required
• Monitor beverage inventory and report shortages
• Maintain bar hygiene and cleanliness of equipment and surfaces
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and age restrictions
• Prepare and serve a range of cocktails and beverages
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service
• Minimise wastage and keep records of beverage usage
• Ensure accuracy, presentation and consistency of drinks
• Create new drink ideas and suggest beverages based on customer preferences
