What you would do
- Design signature, seasonal and event cocktails blending international technique with African ingredients.
- Create refined mocktails and food-pairing drinks.
- Document, cost and refine every recipe; prepare house-made syrups, infusions, bitters and garnishes.
- Serve cocktails with showmanship and guide guests.
- Train the bar team on recipes and techniques; support responsible service and hygiene.
- Contribute to marketing content and brand positioning.

- OND or HND in Hospitality/Catering plus professional mixology certificate
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree with advanced mixology training
- Certifications: Professional Mixology, Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food Safety & Hygiene
- 4-6 years bartending experience including at least 2 years in cocktail creation
- Strong portfolio of original recipes
- Shift-based role (evenings, weekends and public holidays)
