Mini Van Sales Representative
About this role
A mobile field sales role based in Lagos for a Mini Van Sales Representative, acting as a travelling brand ambassador to drive FMCG sales and manage on-vehicle stock and cash handling. It targets individuals with mobile sales experience and strong customer and route management skills.
What you would do
- Follow and optimise daily sales routes to maximise coverage and sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the territory.
- Visit existing outlets and source new customers to grow the client base.
- Promote FMCG products and upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.
- Monitor market activities and report on competitor pricing and product demand.
- Load, secure and manage stock in the vehicle; process and fulfil customer orders; maintain vehicle and submit daily reports.

- Minimum of SSCE.
- Valid driver's licence with an excellent driving record.
- 1–2 years of experience in mobile sales, route sales, FMCG distribution, van sales or related field.
- Proven ability to drive field sales, generate orders and meet targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numerical skills for cash handling and record-keeping.
