About this role
Windtos Water, a water production company based in Epe, Lagos, is looking for a Mini Truck Driver to join its logistics and distribution team. The role involves transporting packaged water products to wholesale distributors, retailers, and corporate clients across Epe and surrounding Lagos areas. The driver is expected to ensure safe driving, timely deliveries, good customer service, and proper vehicle care. The position is full-time and located in Epe, Lagos.
What you would do
- Drive the mini truck in accordance with LASTMA and FRSC regulations.
- Carry out daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and report faults.
- Assist with loading and unloading water crates and bags.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to minimise delays.
- Handle cash or transfer payments, issue receipts, and reconcile with supervisor.
- Load, transport and deliver water products to designated locations.
- Represent the brand professionally when dealing with distributors and retailers.
What they are asking for
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence (Class E or equivalent) and LASDRI card.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or criminal history.
- Residence in or near Epe preferred.
- 2–5 years of commercial driving experience, preferably with mini trucks in Lagos.
- Strong knowledge of roads around Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Ajah and broader Lagos State.
- English proficiency; Yoruba or Pidgin as an advantage for local interactions.
- Good physical stamina for loading and unloading heavy inventory.
