Minder / Caregiver
About this role
The Minder/Caregiver role involves caring for and supervising young children during school hours and providing basic learning support. The caregiver will assist with daily needs and help keep pupils engaged under the guidance of teachers. The position is based in Rivers for candidates with childcare experience.
What you would do
- Supervise and care for children during school hours.
- Assist with feeding, toileting and personal hygiene as required.
- Support teachers in maintaining order and engaging children in activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care.
- Organise play and learning activities suitable for young children.
- Report concerns about a child’s health or behaviour to the appropriate authority.

- SSCE, NCE, or relevant childcare certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in childcare, creche, or early years education.

- Good observation and communication skills.
