Mid Market Account Executive (Hybrid)

A Mid Market Account Executive role based in Lagos, with hybrid/remote work, focused on managing mid-market client relationships, driving sales cycles from lead qualification to closure, and mentoring junior team members.

What you would do

• Maintain and grow relationships with mid-market clients to ensure account health.
• Collaborate with MM AMs and CGs to sell and maintain client relationships.
• Lead sales cycles from qualification to close for mid-market accounts.
• Identify and engage new leads through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social selling).
• Mentor junior Mid-market Account Executives with sales insights and strategies.
• Develop comprehensive solution proposals and negotiate terms to close deals while aligning with customer and company objectives.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales (mid-market or enterprise).
• Proven consultative selling skills and familiarity with formal sales methodologies (eg MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT).
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting using CRM.

• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Knowledge of CPaaS, CCaaS, customer engagement or related technologies is a plus.
