Mid Market Account Executive
About this role
Infobip is hiring a Mid Market Account Executive in Lagos. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with mid‑market and enterprise clients, managing sales cycles from qualification to closure, and developing tailored proposals. It is suited to experienced B2B sales professionals with a track record in mid‑market or enterprise deals and English fluency.
What you would do
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for mid-market accounts from qualification to close.
- Sell Infobip's products and services directly or via partners to mid-market clients.
- Maintain and grow account health by collaborating with MM AMs and CGs.
- Proactively identify and engage new leads through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social selling, networking).
- Develop comprehensive proposals addressing mid-market client needs.
- Manage sales processes with forecasting, account strategy, and resource allocation for long-term relationships and expansion.
What they are asking for
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in B2B sales (mid-market or enterprise).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of CPaaS, CCaaS, customer engagement and conversational AI, and channels such as SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, voice, email, Viber and other OTT channels.
- Strong presentation and demo skills; able to articulate technical solutions and ROI to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven consultative selling skills and familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT).
- Proven track record of negotiating commercial terms, closing complex deals, and managing the full sales cycle with CRM-based forecasting.
