What you would do

• Monitor, interpret and report microbiological test results; liaise with regulatory bodies and consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Conduct sampling and coordinate follow-up of in-house drinking water physicochemical and microbiological analyses to regulatory standards.
• Coordinate air quality monitoring, personnel swab testing, and food safety hygiene assessments in line with food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate health concerns related to food safety illnesses or injuries using internal clinic records to prevent cross-contamination and promote employee health.
• Monitor, review and report on pest control activities to ensure effective implementation and compliance with food safety standards.
• Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of management systems (ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and act as Sustainability Representative to drive ESG initiatives.
