What you would do

• Monitor IT procedures, methodologies, SLAs and KPIs
• Maintain and improve IT policies, processes and documentation
• Support IT quality control, audits and continuous improvement
• Prepare weekly, monthly and adhoc IT reports
• Develop and publish IT communications on changes, incidents and user awareness
• Support IT change management and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate HSE activities, meetings, training and compliance reporting
• Maintain accurate IT records and documentation

• Bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems, Media Communications or related field
• Minimum 7 years' experience in IT or media communications
• Strong analytical, reporting and technical writing skills
