Methods, Reporting & Communications Engineer

About this role

An information technology or media communications professional will oversee quality control of IST processes, monitor performance against group standards and manage IST communications and change management. The position is based in Lagos and is for someone with 7 years' professional experience.

What you would do

• Monitor compliance of IST teams and contractors with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Update IST procedures, policies and processes and publish them in the Company Management System.
• Maintain the CMDB inventory for IST teams.
• Manage IST change management documentation and ensure records reflect evolution.
• Develop and publish user communications about changes and major activities, and track engagement with analytics.
• Compile IST activity reports for management and headquarters; act as HSE liaison for the IST division and coordinate quarterly HSE meetings.

What they are asking for

• BSc / BEng in IS/IT or Media Communications or related discipline.
• 7 years' professional experience in Information Technology or Media Communications.
• Knowledge of current and developing IS/IT industry solutions and how to apply them to meet in-house client needs.
• Strong problem diagnosis and analytical abilities with good technical writing and reporting skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
