What you would do

• Identify active sellers across social platforms and capture complete merchant records
• Maintain and clean the merchant database, including status, contacts and activity
• Rank prospects by activity, potential fit and product relevance
• Reach out to merchants via approved direct messages, WhatsApp or calls with personalised relevance
• Deliver short product demonstrations via video or chat
• Explain features, pricing and terms clearly and manage objections
• Guide new merchants through account setup, catalogue setup and onboarding
• Follow up after onboarding to resolve issues and encourage use
• Request referrals and obtain consent for sharing feedback or case studies
• Submit weekly reports on outreach, activations and support needs
