MEP Supervisor

The MEP Supervisor will oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across multiple sites in Lagos. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, supervising maintenance technicians, resolving technical issues and preparing regular reports. It is suitable for candidates with a BSc or HND in electrical or mechanical engineering and 3-5 years of experience in MEP coordination and project supervision.

What you would do

• Manage MEP systems across several sites.
• Examine MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, material submissions and proposals.
• Direct and supervise internal maintenance technicians and track daily tasks.
• Detect and resolve MEP technical issues promptly.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports.

• BSc or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience in MEP coordination, project supervision, facilities engineering and technical systems installations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant design tools.
• Practical experience managing MEP works on commercial and infrastructural projects; strong knowledge of drawings interpretation, site execution, testing, commissioning, and supervising contractors and technicians.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems including electrical installations, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, water sewage plant, HVAC, drainage, fire protection, power distribution, lighting and building utilities.
• Strong reporting, cost-control, documentation, safety-compliance and communication skills.
