Member Growth Operations Contractor

About this role

Virta Health is seeking a direct-mail operations contractor to support the Member Growth Operations team. The role focuses on executing high-volume direct-mail campaigns from intake to in-home delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. It involves campaign planning, data and creative readiness, QA, production tracking, and issue resolution, with close collaboration across Growth, Creative, Implementation, Analytics, and vendor partners. The contractor will progressively own routine direct-mail execution and ensure campaigns stay on schedule and meet quality standards. The position is a temporary engagement with a 90-day ramp plan and specific growth-operational responsibilities.

What you would do

• Manage campaign execution from intake to mail delivery, including timelines and approvals
• Coordinate high-volume quarterly and ad hoc mail programs across automated and manual workflows
• Work with print and mailing vendors on specifications, schedules, proofs, counts, postage, and delivery windows
• Perform quality assurance on copy, personalization, client requirements, assets, URLs/QR codes, audience files, and proofs
• Maintain campaign plans, forecasts, trackers, and documentation for stakeholder visibility
• Identify issues early and lead resolutions when timelines or quality are at risk
• Support knowledge transfer and document work for a smooth transition at end of engagement
• Own day-to-day direct-mail operations for the assigned portfolio after ramp-up
• Maintain on-time execution and manage production risks and vendor issues
• Prepare a structured transition plan covering in-flight work and upcoming deadlines
