Medical Sonographer / Radiographer

The role is for a Medical Sonographer/Radiographer at Cellulose Medical Diagnostics in Abuja. The job involves handling all technical aspects of ultrasound and X-ray procedures, managing equipment, and upholding professional standards. The position serves as the primary radio-diagnostic contact for individual and corporate clients and works with other teams such as customer care and business development. What you would do

• Prepare patients for radiographic and sonographic examinations
• Operate digital/analog ultrasound, X-ray, ECG and mammography equipment
• Select appropriate equipment for procedures
• Conduct radiographic procedures
• Use radiology management and hospital information systems for client information
• Establish and maintain quality control/quality assurance programs
• Restock supplies periodically
• Maintain logs and records (issue, maintenance, expiry, stock cards)
• Maintain professionalism and a safe, friendly work environment
• Collaborate with the Consultant Radiologist and other team members

• Bachelor's degree in radiography
• 2 to 5 years post NYSC experience ( Master’s degree an added advantage)
• Valid practicing license from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria
• Strong computer literacy
• Good soft skills including teamwork, customer care, initiative, adaptability and communication
