What you would do

• Act as brand ambassador in the assigned field
• Provide product information and deliver samples
• Gather and relay customer feedback to superiors
• Detail products to target prescribers
• Organise clinical meetings to promote or receive feedback on products
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales
• Collaborate with the sales team on brand strategies
• Write reports documenting customer feedback
• Take orders from customers
• Travel as required to cover territories

• University graduate with a science background (pharmacy, pharmacology, chemistry, or biological sciences)
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative or similar role
• Good knowledge of product lines, medical terminology and ophthalmology issues
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the territory
• Strong teamwork, networking, organisational and time management skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven with proven sales record
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Ability to travel frequently
