Medical Sales Representative (Lagos)

Ginos Ventures Limited is looking for a Medical Sales Representative to cover Lagos. The role involves selling medical consumables and devices, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the customer base within the territory. What you would do
- Meet and aim to exceed sales targets within the territory
- Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
- Deliver products to clients in the assigned area as needed
- Monitor competitors and share market insights
- Ensure products are well-positioned and recognised in the territory
- Respond to enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and onboard new hospitals, healthcare professionals and other clients
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
What they are asking for
- Minimum 1 year of post-NYSC experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong customer service skills
- Driving licence is an added advantage
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Marketing or related field
- Resident in Lagos and familiar with health institutions in the area
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and solid negotiation/sales skills
