Medical Sales Representative (Hybrid)
About this role
The role is for a Medical Sales Representative with experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, responsible for promoting products to healthcare professionals and achieving sales targets. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Lagos (Egbeda area) for candidates who are proactive and target-driven.
What you would do
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Promote healthcare and pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and other professionals
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports and conduct product presentations

- Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical products is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- 2–3 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare or related sales
- Must be proactive, confident and target-driven
