Medical Sales Representative
About this role
A Medical Sales Representative role based in Lagos for candidates with a science background and medical sales experience. The position involves expanding the company’s product footprint, managing key accounts, and driving market intelligence and revenue in the territory.
What you would do
- Develop strategies to expand product presence in markets, labs, pharmacies, patent medicine vendors and institutions in the territory.
- Source new customers and manage relationships with existing clients to grow regular sales.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence to inform marketing and sales approaches.
- Ensure regular reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Deliver clinical detailing and presentations to clients as required.
- Demonstrate hard work, target orientation and leadership to achieve sales targets in the territory.

- Bachelor's degree or HND in sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry)
- At least two years post-NYSC medical sales experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Effective selling and detailing skills with good communication
- Must reside in and have worked in the intended locations for at least one year; under 35 years old; valid driving license and ability to drive
