What you would do
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
- Perform hematology, chemistry, microbiology and serology tests
- Ensure proper collection, labeling and processing of patient samples
- Review and release test results with accurate records and quality control
- Adhere to laboratory safety standards and maintain patient confidentiality
- Support junior staff
- Maintain documentation related to tests and quality control
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure appropriate test utilisation
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement and training as required

- B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience
