What you would do

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients needing performance marketing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of potential advertisers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting across channels and respond to inbound leads to convert prospects.
• Lead discovery calls with clients.
• Develop proposals and media buying solutions aligned with clients' objectives and budgets.
• Negotiate commercials, budgets, payment terms, and campaign structures.

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing, advertising sales, or business development.
• Demonstrable experience selling advertising or digital marketing services.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills; able to engage with senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic/RTB, affiliate/performance marketing, or mobile/app acquisition is advantageous.
