A full-time Mechanical Maintenance Officer role based in Lagos (Oshodi–Isolo area) with a leading flexible packaging manufacturer. What you would do

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Work with production staff to address equipment issues and support production targets.
• Ensure availability of maintenance tools, spare parts and workshop equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair extrusion blown film machines and bag-cutting machines.
• Keep the maintenance workshop clean, organised and safe.
• Provide technical guidance to machine operators on handling and basic maintenance.
• Recommend upgrades or component replacements to improve performance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to avoid unnecessary production disruption.
• Diagnose breakdowns and implement solutions to minimise downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance, servicing, and equipment history.
