What you would do

• Review process and instrumentation diagrams, plot plans, equipment datasheets and piping layouts for compliance with API and ASME codes.
• Inspect field fabrication activities, tank and sphere erection, pipe welding, NDT reports, hydrotests and equipment alignment.
• Conduct technical bid evaluations for mechanical equipment and verify WPS/PQR and material test certificates.
• Lead mechanical turnover dossier close-outs and coordinate pre-commissioning and plant start-up activities.
• Oversee quality assurance and inspection tasks on site to ensure construction quality.
• Support design verification and documentation for capital projects.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to project timelines and commissioning plans.

• BEng or BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of API 650, API 620, API 2510, API 610 and ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8.
