What you would do

• Prepare maintenance programmes and organise maintenance work on all plants and equipment
• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports on plants and equipment
• Implement mechanical procedures and EMS policies in area of responsibility
• Schedule, plan resources for maintenance works and execute jobs
• Manage the maintenance team including task definitions, performance reviews, and discipline
• Implement training plans to improve personnel skills
• Contribute to the departmental budget and its management
• Facilitate communication with department meetings and safety meetings
• Convey management policies to subordinates and provide feedback
• Stay updated on general cement plant and engineering practices
