Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor

About this role

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor role with Cosgrove Investment Limited in Abuja. Responsible for supervising M&E building services on construction projects within real estate development. Suitable for professionals with 7-10 years of relevant experience and a relevant engineering qualification.

What you would do

• Supervise M&E installations on construction projects.
• Coordinate M&E contractors, subcontractors, technicians, materials and site activities.
• Interpret M&E drawings, specifications, schedules and technical documents.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, inspection and quality control of M&E installations.
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Provide on-site leadership and guidance to the M&E team.

• 7-10 years proven experience in mechanical and electrical building services, preferably within construction or real estate development.
• BSc or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience supervising M&E installations on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, fire protection, power systems, and other M&E services.
• Experience coordinating M&E contractors, subcontractors, technicians, materials and site activities.
