About this role
Konstructum Contracting Company is hiring a Materials, Warehouse and Inventory Analyst. The role focuses on tracking materials received and issued, monitoring stock levels, conducting reconciliations, coordinating distribution, and ensuring proper storage and handling. It supports inventory planning, stock control, warehouse documentation, and reporting to improve inventory accuracy and optimise storage and resources across projects. The position involves monitoring material availability, coordinating warehouse operations, maintaining inventory records, and analysing stock movements for project needs. The job is based in Victoria Island, Lagos and is a full-time role within KCC and its group of companies.
What you would do
- Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage and distribution of materials and equipment
- Liaise with procurement, suppliers and project teams to ensure materials are available as required
- Monitor material requirements and availability for projects and operations
- Track material usage and identify shortages, excess stock and wastage
- Monitor warehouse conditions and support safety and storage procedures
- Maintain records of goods received, issued, transfers and returns
- Ensure proper storage, handling, labelling and organisation of materials and equipment
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, losses and unrecorded stock movements
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile with recorded balances
- Prepare reports on stock balances, movements, shortages and discrepancies
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting or related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, materials coordination, logistics or supply chain management
- Experience in maintaining inventory records, stock counts, reconciliations and reporting
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock management, goods receipt, storage and dispatch
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, PivotTables)
- Understanding of internal controls, audits and stock loss prevention
- Certifications in inventory management or supply chain fields are an advantage
- Able to coordinate material issuance to project sites and verify deliveries against specifications
