Material Requirements and Planning Analyst

About this role

ipNX Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Material Requirements & Planning Analyst for Lagos. The role covers material requirements planning, inventory control and related procurement/logistics duties, including handling LC transactions and international trade documentation. The candidate should have substantial supply chain experience and strong MRP/ERP capabilities.

What you would do

• Analyse material usage history, lead times and inventory data to forecast requirements
• Negotiate with suppliers for best cost and lead times
• Maintain supplier databases
• Use MRP/ERP systems (PARIC or equivalent) to ensure data accuracy and resolve system issues
• Liaise with clearing agents, customs officials, Nigeria Customs Service and government agencies to prevent delivery delays and demurrage
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement and Logistics stakeholders to support material planning and delivery schedules

What they are asking for

• University degree or HND in Management Sciences, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in supply chain management with hands-on exposure to procurement, logistics and material planning
• 2.1 or Uppercredit; MBA/MSc is an added advantage
• Proven track record managing LC transactions, Form M processing and international trade compliance documentation
• Strong experience in material requirements planning, forecasting and BOM integrity across engineering or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with MRP systems such as PARIC or equivalent ERP platforms; data accuracy and prompt issue resolution
