Marketplace Operations Manager

What you would do
- Oversee daily marketplace operations and ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
- Coordinate distributors and track outstanding orders
- Monitor orders from receipt to fulfilment and delivery
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to management
- Monitor operational KPIs and delivery performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues
- Ensure data accuracy in reports and records
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
