What you would do
- Support CX initiatives across the BU
- Develop coverage strategies with Sales Effectiveness and Strategic Planning
- Monitor and report sales coverage analysis
- Capture competitive information on Salesforce
- Support transactional surveys to improve Net Loyalty Score
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer service quality
- Create Salesforce reports for monitoring activities and performance
- Deliver timely management reports
- Coordinate procurement on marketing jobs with vendors
- Assist in planning and organising marketing events, trade shows, and conferences
